Welcome to Partdro. These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter “Terms”) constitute a legal agreement between you and Partdro regarding the use of our services and products.

1. Service Description
Partdro provides intelligent hardware supply chain solutions and related services, including but not limited to:
- Industrial drone and UAV solutions
- Firefighting robots and quadruped robots
- Agricultural drone systems
- Hardware customization and consulting services
- Technical support and training services
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (including any features) at any time without prior notice.
2. Account Registration and Management
2.1 Registration Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use this service
- You must provide true, accurate, and complete registration information
- Each user may only register one account unless otherwise permitted in writing by us
2.2 Account Security
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials (username and password)
- You agree to assume responsibility for all activities under your account
- Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
2.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in the following circumstances:
- Violation of these Terms
- Suspected fraud or abuse of the service
- Long-term inactive accounts

3. User Conduct

- All fees are denominated in CNY or other currencies as displayed on the page
4.2 Automatic Renewal
- Subscriptions will automatically renew unless you cancel
- Renewal prices are subject to the prices published at the time of renewal
- We will notify you via email before each renewal
- You may cancel automatic renewal at any time in your account settings
4.3 Refund Policy
- We offer a [7/14/30]-day no-questions-asked refund period (subject to product page specifications)
- Outside the refund period, refunds are only provided for significant service defects
- Please submit refund requests through customer service channels
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
4.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to adjust service prices:
- Price changes will be notified 30 days in advance
- Changes do not affect the current subscription period
- New prices will apply upon renewal
5. Intellectual Property

All content related to Partdro and the services, including but not limited to:
- Software code, algorithms, technology
- Trademarks, logos, brand names
- Text, images, audio, video
- Designs, interfaces, layouts
Are protected by intellectual property laws and belong to Partdro or its licensors.
5.2 Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- Access and use the services
- Use service features for their intended purposes
This license does not constitute a transfer of any intellectual property rights.
5.3 Infringement Reporting
If you believe our services infringe your intellectual property rights, please notify us:
- Provide specific locations of the infringing content
- Provide proof of your rights
- Provide your contact information
6. Confidentiality
“Confidential Information” refers to non-public information disclosed by one party to another, including:
- Business plans, strategies, financial information
- Technical data, source code, algorithms
- Customer information, partner information
- Other information marked as confidential
6.2 Confidentiality Obligations
You agree to:
- Use Confidential Information only for the purpose of using the services
- Not disclose Confidential Information to any third party

7. Disclaimer

The services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Warranties of merchantability
- Warranties of fitness for a particular purpose
- Warranties of non-infringement
- Warranties of continuity, security, or accuracy
7.2 Use at Your Own Risk
You understand and agree that:
- Use of the services is at your own risk
- We do not warrant that the services will meet all your requirements
- We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Exclusion of Indirect Damages
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Partdro shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business interruption
- Costs of procuring substitute products or services
8.2 Liability Cap
Our cumulative liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the past 12 months or CNY 1,000, whichever is greater.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Partdro harmless from any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:
- Your use or misuse of the services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your infringement of any third party’s rights
- Your User Content
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time:
- Changes will be posted on this page
- Significant changes will be notified in advance (via email or website notice)
- Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of changes
- If you do not agree to changes, you should discontinue using the services
11. Termination
11.1 Termination by You
You may stop using the services at any time and cancel your subscription through account settings.
11.2 Termination by Us
We may terminate the services in the following circumstances:

11.3 Effects of Termination
Upon termination of services:

Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the people’s court at the company’s location.
13. Miscellaneous

These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior oral or written agreements.
13.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
13.3 Waiver
Failure by either party to enforce any right under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
13.4 Assignment
You may not assign any rights or obligations under these Terms without Partdro’s prior written consent. Partdro may assign its rights and obligations without affecting your rights.
13.5 Third-Party Beneficiaries
Except for third-party service providers expressly specified in these Terms, there are no third-party beneficiaries.
